After creating a ticket type, event hosts can add further customizations by clicking the gear icon next to the ticket type name. These customizations are optional and can be updated in real-time.

Ticket Type Description: Add a description to provide more information to your buyers during checkout.

Sale Dates and Times: Set specific dates and times for when a ticket type goes on sale and/or comes off sale.

Ticket Type Status:
- Active: Displays in checkout for customers to purchase.
- Hidden: Does not display in checkout and is unavailable for purchase.

Locked: Creates a password-protected ticket type, visible and purchasable only by those with the access key.

Sales Channels: Choose where the ticket type will be available for purchase:
- Everywhere: Displays online and in the BoxOffice app.
- Online Only: Available exclusively online.

At the Door: Only available for purchase through the BoxOffice app.

QR Code Release: Choose to release ticket QR codes immediately or delay their release until closer to the event.

Order Limits: Set a minimum or maximum number of tickets per order for a specific ticket type (e.g., group rates or promotions like 2-for-1).
Note: This limit applies only to the selected ticket type and does not restrict the total number of tickets per order.

Max Ticket Redemptions: Enable multi-scan tickets to allow a ticket to be scanned more than once You can also set a redemption time interval to control how often the ticket can be scanned.

Promotion Label: Add a custom label or choose from default options to highlight certain ticket types during checkout.

Reordering Ticket Types: To change the order in which ticket types appear in checkout, click the three vertical dots next to the ticket name, then drag it to your preferred position.

Copy or Duplicate: Click the icon of two squares to duplicate a ticket type.

Delete Ticket Type: To delete a ticket type, click the trash can icon.
Note: A ticket type with active sales cannot be deleted until all sales are refunded.
