Duplicating a listing will create a new event page with many of the details and advanced settings of the event page you are duplicating. Buyer and attendee information of the original event does not copy over.
To Duplicate Your Event Page:
1. Log-in to your Universe account, go to your My Events page, and click the “More” button next to the event you would like to duplicate.
2. Alternatively, you can duplicate your event from your 'Event Manager', select the 'Duplicate Event' option from the bottom of the menu on the left side of your screen.
3. A pop-up will appear. Edit the title if required and enter the date/time for your new event then click the 'Next' button.
4. In the next step, you’ll be prompted to select which event details and integrations you’d like to copy over into your new event. It will only display options which are present in your original event (ie. it will not display the option to copy Access Keys if no Access Keys are present on the original event). Once you’ve chosen, click the ‘Next’ button.
Warning: When duplicating an event, any custom URLs (if set) and tagged Attractions will not be carried over to your new event.
The next screen will present you with a summary of the event attributes which will be carried over to the new event, and also which attributes will not be carried over (they will revert back to their default or blank states). Once you’re satisfied with your chosen options, click the ‘Duplicate event’ button.
5. Your event is now duplicated! Click ‘Done’ to continue viewing your original event or click ‘Manage your new event’ to navigate to your brand new duplicated event. Don’t forget to publish your new event
