Mandatory all-in pricing is in effect across select US states, and will continue to roll out across the US as other states pass all-in pricing legislation.
All-in pricing is currently mandated in the states of New York (effective August 29, 2022), Tennessee (effective June 29, 2023), Connecticut (effective September 28, 2023), California (effective June 26, 2024), Maryland (effective June 26, 2024), Colorado (effective August 1, 2024), North Carolina (effective December 5, 2024), Minnesota (effective December 5, 2024), and Massachusetts (effective February 13, 2025).
For events in the states of New York, Tennessee, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Colorado, North Carolina, Minnesota, and Massachusetts, all-in pricing will automatically be displayed in the checkout widget so buyers will be informed of all fees and taxes inclusive in the price.
