As SoundCloud Artist Pro artists, Universe is offering a preferential service fee of 10% per ticket. This is applicable to payments processed via Universe Payments (Universe’s own payment processor - which is enabled by default).
These fees can be passed to your customers (by default) or absorbed into the face value price of your ticket. Learn more about how to set who pays the service fee for your event.
If you choose to integrate your own Stripe Connect account with your Universe account, you will incur additional costs on top of the service fees to process payments via Stripe Connect.
